Week One: It Starts with the Breath
✨ you’ll learn about using the wisdom of the breath to turn your awareness inward to listen more closely and regain your equilibrium whenever and wherever you feel the need
✨ you’ll practice taking daily breath breaks to create more space in your body, your mind and your world – inner and outer
✨ so you can regain that fresh-from-an-awesome-yoga-class feeling at any point and as often as you’d like throughout your day – even (and especially) in the most challenging moments
Week Two: It’s all Energy
✨ you’ll learn the foundational principles of the energetics of being human and how these principles show up in your everyday life
✨ you’ll practice daily energetic self-care to (re)gain and maintain greater awareness of yourself as an energetic being
✨ so you can stay centered in yourself regardless of the push and pull of your surroundings – like a string of paper dolls folded neatly into one presence instead of strung along far and wide, you’ll become familiar with yourself as an integrated whole
Week Three: Inner Resourcing
✨ you’ll learn about creating additional capacity within yourself for both activation and safety as well as allowing yourself to be supported; you’ll also explore your relationship with rest
✨ you’ll practice daily connection with support where it already exists around you and the safety within you
✨ so you can keep your heart from racing out of control during that meeting with a new client, ground the electricity coursing through your veins after bumping into your gossipy neighbor or reading about the most recent incident of violence, or settle yourself down for a restful night of sleep even when there are lots of things still swirling in your mind
Week Four: Rest & Integration (no live meetings)
✨ you’ll be invited to ask yourself what resonates with you; what challenges you; and what doesn’t resonate with you so far on the journey
✨ you’ll practice weaving nourishing yourself into your daily life using what resonates most and releasing what does not
✨ so you can remind yourself that you are the wisest sage for your journey, that you can trust your inner wisdom over all else, and that being supported is a gift (not a burden)
Week Five: Living with Intention
✨ you’ll learn to harness your inner wisdom to move through the world in ways that feel aligned with your deeper why and are anchored in love and honesty
✨ you’ll practice creating and using mantras and affirmations to support you in your daily life
✨ so you can navigate that meeting with a draining colleague with quiet access to your inner calm or call back your energy from a charged interaction without losing your 💩
Week Six: Examining Meaning
✨ you’ll learn to increase awareness of and lovingly challenge the unconscious beliefs that are expressing through you and into your life everyday
✨ you’ll practice pausing to ask yourself “Is this true?” and “What else could be true?”
✨ so you can navigate the world with greater love, greater honesty and a greater sense of peace – if you can assign any meaning to a chance encounter, why not assign the one that protects your peace instead of the one that disrupts it?
Week Seven: Living into the “And”
✨ you’ll learn the freeing power of curiosity as you release the rigidity of binary (either/or) thinking and make space for many things to be true simultaneously
✨ you’ll practice holding the tension of opposites within you and allowing for the paradox of multiple truths
✨ so you can stop answering “fine” when your bestie or beloved asks how you are and start acknowledging that you’re so happy to see them and so tired of keeping all the balls in the air and so grateful for a hug and so afraid that they’ll be upset that you don’t really want to talk and so relieved that you’re finally home and can take off your bra and put on your sweats and …
Week Eight: Rest & Integration (no live meetings)
✨ you’ll be invited to ask yourself what you’ll carry forward, what you’ll release and the resonance/energetic quality you’d most like to live into
✨ you’ll practice taking inspired action that is aligned with your inner guidance system
✨ so you can reclaim your spiritual journey of life as your own – accepting guidance and support without reservation but trusting yourself above all
