In some ways, it's worked beautifully

you have a lot to be grateful for – family,  friends, children, grandchildren, beach houses, hammock naps, vacations, traveling the world, learning new skills, hiking, biking, swimming, knitting, painting, listening to birdsong, rainbows that stop you in your tracks, good health … the list goes on

and yet it somehow feels empty (like a newly renovated apartment - it may be pretty, clean and light-filled but it's missing any true reflection of you)

you wake-up in the morning to an unending to-do list that includes very few things that you actually want to do and far too many things that create space, joy and comfort for someone else – you long for there to be more of you in your day

you feel like you’re sleep-walking through your life waiting for the next milestone – retirement; kids head to college; kids start school; Summer; fewer clients; more clients; more money; less responsibility; promotion; raise; new job; etc – for something to change that grants you more space, time and energy to prioritize yourself – you crave a sense of presence and aliveness

you feel like something is missing; there’s an agitation within (like a caged tiger pacing the bars); a twisting in your belly, a tightening around your heart, a clenching in your jaw – all signals from your body, mind and soul that something has to change – you want to feel at home in your skin and in your life

The ground we'll cover on our journey together -

Week One: It Starts with the Breath

✨ you’ll learn about using the wisdom of the breath to turn your awareness inward to listen more closely and regain your equilibrium whenever and wherever you feel the need

✨ you’ll practice taking daily breath breaks to create more space in your body, your mind and your world – inner and outer

✨ so you can regain that fresh-from-an-awesome-yoga-class feeling at any point and as often as you’d like throughout your day – even (and especially) in the most challenging moments

Week Two: It’s all Energy

✨ you’ll learn the foundational principles of the energetics of being human and how these principles show up in your everyday life

✨ you’ll practice daily energetic self-care to (re)gain and maintain greater awareness of yourself as an energetic being

✨ so you can stay centered in yourself regardless of the push and pull of your surroundings – like a string of paper dolls folded neatly into one presence instead of strung along far and wide, you’ll become familiar with yourself as an integrated whole 

Week Three: Inner Resourcing

you’ll learn about creating additional capacity within yourself for both activation and safety as well as allowing yourself to be supported; you’ll also explore your relationship with rest

✨ you’ll practice daily connection with support where it already exists around you and the safety within you

✨ so you can keep your heart from racing out of control during that meeting with a new client, ground the electricity coursing through your veins after bumping into your gossipy neighbor or reading about the most recent incident of violence, or settle yourself down for a restful night of sleep even when there are lots of things still swirling in your mind

Week Four: Rest & Integration (no live meetings)

✨ you’ll be invited to ask yourself what resonates with you; what challenges you; and what doesn’t resonate with you so far on the journey

✨ you’ll practice weaving nourishing yourself into your daily life using what resonates most and releasing what does not 

✨ so you can remind yourself that you are the wisest sage for your journey, that you can trust your inner wisdom over all else, and that being supported is a gift (not a burden)

Week Five: Living with Intention

✨ you’ll learn to harness your inner wisdom to move through the world in ways that feel aligned with your deeper why and are anchored in love and honesty

✨ you’ll practice creating and using mantras and affirmations to support you in your daily life

✨ so you can navigate that meeting with a draining colleague with quiet access to your inner calm or call back your energy from a charged interaction without losing your 💩 

Week Six: Examining Meaning

✨ you’ll learn to increase awareness of and lovingly challenge the unconscious beliefs that are expressing through you and into your life everyday

✨ you’ll practice pausing to ask yourself “Is this true?” and “What else could be true?” 

✨ so you can navigate the world with greater love, greater honesty and a greater sense of peace – if you can assign any meaning to a chance encounter, why not assign the one that protects your peace instead of the one that disrupts it?

Week Seven: Living into the “And”

✨ you’ll learn the freeing power of curiosity as you release the rigidity of binary (either/or) thinking and make space for many things to be true simultaneously

✨ you’ll practice holding the tension of opposites within you and allowing for the paradox of multiple truths 

✨ so you can stop answering “fine” when your bestie or beloved asks how you are and start acknowledging that you’re so happy to see them and so tired of keeping all the balls in the air and so grateful for a hug and so afraid that they’ll be upset that you don’t really want to talk and so relieved that you’re finally home and can take off your bra and put on your sweats and

Week Eight: Rest & Integration (no live meetings)

✨ you’ll be invited to ask yourself what you’ll carry forward, what you’ll release and the resonance/energetic quality you’d most like to live into

✨ you’ll practice taking inspired action that is aligned with your inner guidance system

✨ so you can reclaim your spiritual journey of life as your own – accepting guidance and support without reservation but trusting yourself above all

🦋 Live Lesson & Practice Gatherings (Mondays at 12pm ET): a chance to learn, question, practice and explore in community and with the guidance of an experienced spiritual mentor; each session will include a guided practice that supports the week’s topic

🦋 Community Connection Circles (Wednesdays at 7pm ET): an open forum for us to gather to ask questions, talk about successes and challenges, and listen and learn from one another

🦋 Two on-demand classes each week (available every Sunday morning): one movement class and one meditation designed to support you in fully embodying the topic of the week

🦋 Private online community: a place to connect with one another and be supported on the journey – hosted from within the virtual studio (no additional logins needed & no scrolling to get lost in)

Hi! I'm Tawnia ...

… and I have spent years rebuilding my relationship with myself from the ground up. For much of my life, I felt disconnected from myself and completely at the whim of forces outside of me for any sense of safety, peace or belonging in this world. It took me so long to (re)discover that the greatest source of my inner peace and personal power was being in an honest and loving relationship with myself – far longer than I want it to take you. I’m excited to show you the most nurturing and nourishing ways that I know for getting reconnected with yourself – your sense of ease & peace; your sense of joy & contentedness; your sense of unshakable groundedness &  utter un-able-to-be-f🤡cked-with-ness (yeah, not a word but a relatable feeling nonetheless). And I’m sharing it all with you in Nourished.

I draw on more than 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher and energy healer to walk with you as an intuitive guide and spiritual mentor. I am especially skilled at supporting sensitive souls in navigating the world from an honest place of inner peace, personal power and deep self-acceptance.  I have an intuitive approach that is rooted in skillfully holding space for you to experience a greater sense of connection – to yourself, your life and the world around you. It is my joy to share what I’ve learned on my spiritual journey of life to support you as you travel yours.

Nourished is designed to support people socialized as women and girls to connect more deeply with their wisdom and to (re)learn to prioritize their inner guidance system as the animating force that moves them through their lives. 

This small group program is designed to support you when you feel curious enough to question what you have been led to believe is true, to challenge the patterns of thought, emotion and movement that keep you feeling confined, limited and small, and to (re)claim a more honest and loving connection to yourself as a peaceful, powerful and well-nourished presence in this world.

While this work can be an excellent companion to more traditional avenues of inquiry and care, it is not a replacement for therapy or the guidance of a health care professional. Please seek appropriate care for any health conditions that you may have.

We will meet for 8 weeks beginning Oct 2nd and ending with a Closing Circle on November 29th.

Live Lesson & Practice Gatherings are scheduled for Mondays at 12pm ET.

Community Connection Circles are scheduled for Wednesdays at 7pm ET.

**PLEASE NOTE: there will be no live sessions during the fourth and eighth weeks of Nourished – these weeks are oriented toward integration and reflection.

Yoga and meditation classes are pre-recorded and released every Sunday morning to be enjoyed at your convenience and as it supports your journey.

The Nourished Community space is always available; I will monitor it and be available for mentoring/guidance/encouragement/questions Monday thru Friday during our eight weeks together. The community will be closed at the end of November.

YES! Spiritual and energetic work is not confined by time and space. And there are many tangible benefits to working together virtually as well – 

  • you have access to the recordings of all of our group sessions for a little over three months to revisit as supports your journey
  • no travel time and the convenience of connecting with a supportive spiritual community and experienced guide from the comfort of your own home
  • we can work together from anywhere in the world (which I find especially exciting)!

Practically speaking – you will need a device with a camera, microphone and speakers (headphones work wonderfully) that connects to the internet and has access to Zoom. You may also find it beneficial to be in a quiet place that is as distraction-free as possible when we meet.

On a more personal level – a willingness to be curious about how you might live in greater alignment with your truest self while developing a more loving and honest relationship with you. 

All sessions are recorded for you to view (or review) at your convenience. You will have access to all the material in Nourished for a little over 3 months to support your continued journey.

We have a private community that you access directly from the virtual healing arts studio – no additional logins to remember and no newsfeeds to get lost in. This is the ideal place to ask your questions, share your insights and allow yourself to be seen, heard and witnessed in all your messy and complicated glory. 

The Nourished Community space is always available; I will monitor it and be available for mentoring/guidance/encouragement/questions Monday thru Friday during our eight weeks together. 

YES! Yoga and meditation are some of the tools we will use but they are not the point of the journey. This offering is appropriate for beginners and experienced yoga and meditation practitioners alike.

To maximize the benefit for all involved, Nourished is limited to 11 participants.

Live Lesson & Practice Gatherings (Mondays at 12pm ET) and Community Connection Circles (Wednesdays at 7pm ET) are offered via Zoom (and are recorded for those who cannot make it live or wish to review the material).

Each Sunday morning, a new pre-recorded yoga class and meditation session will be available to support your self-inquiry, integration and self-reflection.

There are two payment plans available at no additional cost; you can break the $678 investment up into two equal payments of $339 or three equal payments of  $226.
